Shipments and Delivery

DPD LogoPackages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DPD with tracking and drop-off with signature.

You will get an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched.

Returns Policy

Damages must be reported within 5 working days receipt of goods.  Unopened goods can be returned to Danic Lighting with the customer fronting the return courier cost.  Returns must be sent using tracked delivery.

Opened goods will not be accepted without proof of damage.

Honest Delivery Policy

We remain committed to orders throughout the production process. To avoid disappointment we DO NOT guarantee that goods will arrive on time once they have been dispatched from our production hub by a 3rd party. Goods will not be dispatched on time if we do not have your delivery address supplied 24 hours before dispatch date. Unless otherwise stated delivery costs apply to mainland uk only.

Do We Offer Trade Accounts?

Yes we do offer trade accounts.  Please contact us via info@daniclighting.com to get an application form.

How Do I Track My Order?

On dispatch of goods from our dispatch department you will get an automated email from our website with a tracking link for DPD couriers.  You can use this link to track any courier progress.

You can also track your order progress within our building at any time via your my account area.

Is Our Website Secure?

Our payment portal is provided by World Pay.  They operate a full SSL certificate policy for site security.
